Terms and Conditions
These terms govern entry to and participation in the Tips Battle World Championship. By submitting the registration form and paying the entry fee you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them in full.
1.The organizer
The Tips Battle World Championship (the Championship) is organized by AFI LCM AGENCY, a company registered in Romania, VAT code RO36316951, with its registered office in Timișoara, Romania ([STREET ADDRESS]), trading as StreamGTS (the Organizer, "we", "us").
Contact for all matters relating to the Championship: championship@tipsbattle.com.
Tips Battle™ is a competition format owned and operated by StreamGTS. The Championship is run through the official StreamGTS application and broadcast on Chaturbate.
2.Definitions
- Edition — one calendar month of competition. The first Edition begins on 1 September 2026. A new Edition follows each month.
- Participant — a model accepted into an Edition after registering and paying the entry fee.
- Studio — a studio or agent registering two or more models under a single account.
- Battle — a live, split-screen Tips Battle of fifteen (15) minutes between two Participants.
- Token — a Chaturbate token tipped to a Participant in her own room.
- Battle Point (BP) — the Championship scoring unit, as defined in section 7.
- Leaderboard — the single general ranking of all Participants by total BP.
- Platform — Chaturbate. App — the StreamGTS application.
3.Eligibility
To enter an Edition you must, at the moment of registration and throughout the Edition:
- be at least 18 years of age, and of legal majority in your country of residence;
- be a verified performer on Chaturbate, holding an account in good standing;
- hold a StreamGTS account and have the StreamGTS application installed and running while you compete. A Battle cannot be scheduled, scored or recorded without it, and no Battle can start unless both Participants are logged into the App and live on the Platform at the same time;
- be legally permitted to take part in adult live streaming and to receive prize money in your jurisdiction.
We may request proof of age and of performer verification at any time. Failure to provide it on request results in removal from the Edition without refund.
A Studio registering models warrants that every model it registers meets all of the conditions above, and that it is authorised to register them and to accept these terms on their behalf.
4.Registration and entry fee
Registration for the first Edition is open during August 2026. Registration for later Editions closes on the last day of the preceding month.
In every case, registration for an Edition closes at least one day before that Edition begins, on the last day of the registration period. A registration is complete only when the services contract has been signed and payment has been confirmed: both must be in place by the end of the last day of registration, which is the day before the Edition's start date. A registration that is missing either the signed contract or confirmed payment at that moment does not secure a place, and the place returns to the pool. For the first Edition, which begins on 1 September 2026, the last day of registration is 31 August 2026 and payment must be confirmed by the end of that day.
Referral programme (independent models). Each registered model receives a personal referral link. When ten (10) models who registered through her link complete registration and pay the entry fee for the same Edition, that model's entry fee for that Edition is waived; if she has already paid, it is refunded in full. Referral counts apply per Edition and do not carry over to later Editions. The programme is for independent models registering on their own account; studios and agents are covered by the partner terms.
The entry fee is USD 250 per model, plus VAT where applicable, payable in advance. A registration is only complete, and a place in the Edition only reserved, once the entry fee has been received in full.
Places are allocated in the order in which completed registrations are received.
Submitting the registration form is a request to enter. We may decline any registration at our discretion, in which case the entry fee is refunded in full.
Value added tax
All amounts stated on this website and in these terms are exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is due, it is added to the entry fee and shown separately on the invoice, at the rate in force at the date of the invoice.
Whether VAT applies, and at what rate, depends on your status and place of establishment. As a guide:
- Participants established in Romania are charged Romanian VAT at the rate in force;
- Businesses established in another EU member state that supply a valid VAT identification number are invoiced without Romanian VAT, under the reverse-charge mechanism, and account for VAT in their own country;
- Participants established outside the EU are generally invoiced without EU VAT; any tax due in their own country is their responsibility.
You are responsible for supplying accurate tax details, including a valid VAT number where you rely on one. If details you provide are incorrect and additional VAT, interest or penalty becomes due as a result, we may recover that amount from you.
An invoice is issued for every entry fee received.
What we ask for at registration
A registration must carry, at minimum: the model’s Chaturbate name, a working email address, the link to her Chaturbate profile, a phone number, and her StreamGTS username where a referral applies. A Studio registers under its own name and must additionally supply its website and a contact person. Details must be accurate and kept up to date; a registration we cannot verify or contact may be declined, with the entry fee refunded in full.
Services contract
When you submit the registration form we send you, by email, in a single message, both the payment link for the entry fee and the services contract for that Edition. The contract is opened and signed by email: the model — or the Studio registering on her behalf — signs it and returns it to us by reply. Signing may be done electronically; a scanned or photographed signature is accepted.
The contract records the same terms as this document and, in addition, the Participant's own details, the Edition entered, the entry fee and the invoicing data. Where the contract and these terms differ, the signed contract prevails for that Participant. No place is reserved until both the signed contract and the payment have been received, and neither is required before you decide — submitting the form commits you to nothing.
5.What the entry fee includes
- 60 Tips Battles, equivalent to 1,800 StreamGTS Credits (USD 180);
- Promote Your Room on Chaturbate for your first 30 Battles — a total allowance for the Edition, not a daily one;
- 50% off any StreamGTS credit purchase of USD 30 or more, during the Edition;
- a place on the Leaderboard, with all accumulated BP counting toward the final ranking and the prizes.
Battles beyond the 100 included may be held using your own StreamGTS credits. Unused Battles have no cash value and do not carry over to a later Edition.
6.Payment, refunds and cancellation
The entry fee is non-refundable. Once a registration is complete, the entry fee is not refunded — including if you withdraw, stop participating, hold fewer Battles than intended, are removed under section 12, or finish outside the prize positions.
The single exception is the minimum participation threshold. If fewer than 64 models have completed registration by the close of registration, the Edition will not take place and every entry fee is refunded in full, including any VAT charged, to the payment method used, within fifteen (15) days of the announcement.
The same full refund applies if we cancel an Edition before it begins for any other reason.
If an Edition is interrupted after it has begun by an event outside our control, we will publish the ranking as it stood and pay the prizes due on that basis. No entry fees are refunded in that case.
Bank, card or processor fees incurred on payment or refund are not reimbursed.
7.Competition format
There is no elimination. Every Participant remains active for the entire Edition, and all Participants are ranked on a single Leaderboard.
Where a Battle takes place
Every Battle takes place in the Participant’s own room on the Platform. The Championship does not operate a broadcasting site of its own, and no part of a Participant’s stream is restreamed, mirrored or relayed anywhere else. The App is used only to schedule the Battle, display the live scoreboard and read the Token count; the broadcast itself never leaves the Platform, and participation does not require a Participant to act outside the Platform’s own rules.
How a Battle starts
A Battle can only run between two Participants who are, at the same time, logged into the App and live on the Platform. You choose your own opponent: you see which Participants are online, send a challenge, and the Battle begins when she accepts. No pairing is assigned by the Organizer.
Frequency
Each Participant is expected to hold at least one Battle per day. Holding fewer carries no penalty and removes no points already earned; it simply earns no new points for that day.
Duration and scoring window
A Battle lasts fifteen (15) minutes. Only Tokens tipped directly in your own room, inside that window, are counted. Tokens are read automatically by the App from the Platform.
8.Scoring
The single conversion rule for the whole Championship is 10 Tokens = 1 Battle Point, applied regardless of the outcome of the Battle.
Outcome bonuses: win +50 BP, tie +25 BP (awarded to both Participants), loss +0 bonus. A loss never removes points already earned.
Per-Battle bonuses
- +30 BP — largest single Token transaction received in that Battle;
- +40 BP to each Participant — Battle of the Day, the Battle with the highest cumulative BP that day.
Daily bonuses
- +100 BP — MVP of the Day, most BP earned in that day's Battles;
- +75 BP — Daily Top Tip, largest single Token transaction received that day;
- +40 BP to each Participant — Battle of the Day.
Daily bonuses are cumulative: a Participant may earn several on the same day.
End-of-Edition bonuses
| Title | Points | Cash |
|---|---|---|
| Most Wins in the Tournament | +200 BP | $250 |
| Most Battles Organized | +150 BP | $250 |
| Biggest Tip of the Tournament | +150 BP | $250 |
| Battle of the Month (both Participants) | +200 BP each | $500 |
| MVP of the Championship | +250 BP | $600 |
| Most Popular Player | +150 BP | $150 |
MVP of the Championship
The MVP is decided on bonus points only. All BP obtained through the 10-Tokens-to-1-BP conversion are excluded from the calculation. What counts is the sum of win and tie bonuses, per-Battle bonuses, daily bonuses and end-of-Edition bonuses accumulated over the Edition. The MVP award itself is determined on the standing immediately before it is granted, and its own +250 BP does not count toward it.
Most Popular Player
Decided by community vote, not by the Leaderboard. Voting is open on a dedicated page from the first day of the Edition to the last, one vote per Platform member. Votes identified as automated, duplicated or purchased are discarded, and a Participant found to have organised such voting is excluded from this award.
9.Prize fund and prizes
The prize fund is fixed by three registration thresholds. It does not change with each individual entry: it is set at the level of the highest threshold reached by the close of registration, and stays there for the whole Edition.
| Participants registered | Prize fund |
|---|---|
| Fewer than 64 | Edition does not run |
| 64 to 127 | $4,000 |
| 128 to 255 | $8,000 |
| 256 or more | $16,000 (maximum) |
256 Participants is the ceiling. The prize fund does not rise above $16,000 for an Edition, however many Participants register beyond 256.
The fund is split in the same proportion at every threshold: 75% to the Leaderboard Top 6 and 25% to the special prizes listed in section 8. The figures below are those of the 128-Participant threshold; at the 64 threshold each is halved, and at the 256 threshold each is doubled.
| Leaderboard position | Prize at the 128 threshold |
|---|---|
| 1st | $1,800 |
| 2nd | $1,350 |
| 3rd | $1,100 |
| 4th | $800 |
| 5th | $550 |
| 6th | $400 |
Leaderboard prizes and special prizes are cumulative: a Participant may win both.
Tips Battle Xmas Cup
The December Edition is run as the Tips Battle Xmas Cup. It follows these same rules, with USD 2,500 added to that Edition’s prize fund, distributed as announced before the Edition opens.
Qualification is decided by a single rule. Battle Points earned in the September, October and November Editions are added together into a separate cumulative ranking, maintained alongside the monthly Leaderboards and published in the same way. The 32 Participants at the top of that cumulative ranking are exempt from the entry fee for the Xmas Cup of December 2026. No other condition applies. The exemption is personal, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and applies only to the December Edition of the same year. A Participant who is exempt must still complete registration within the normal registration window to hold her place.
Tokens tipped to you during the Championship are paid to you by the Platform under your own agreement with it. They are yours, they are not part of the prize fund, and the Organizer never holds them.
10.Results and payment of prizes
The Leaderboard is recalculated after every Battle and published throughout the Edition. The Top 20 is published on day 10 and day 20. The final ranking is published on the last day of the Edition.
Results are final three (3) days after publication of the final ranking. A Participant who disputes a result must write to championship@tipsbattle.com within that period, stating the Battles concerned. After it, results may not be reopened.
Prizes are paid within seven (7) days of the close of the monthly competition — that is, within seven days of the last day of the Edition. Payment method is agreed directly with each winner. A winner must supply the details we reasonably require to make payment; if she does not do so within fifteen (15) days of being asked, the prize lapses.
Prizes have the nature of a bonus. A prize is a bonus awarded on the basis of the final ranking of an Edition. It is not remuneration for services, not a wage, not a fee and not a commission on Tokens received; it does not create an employment relationship and does not oblige the Participant to hold any further Battle. The Participant remains an independent performer throughout.
Prizes are stated in USD and paid in USD unless agreed otherwise. Prize amounts are gross: each winner is responsible for any VAT, tax, contribution or declaration arising in her own country. The Organizer does not withhold tax on the winner's behalf unless required to by law.
11.Studios and agents
A Studio may register several models under one account, pay for them together and follow all of them from a single view. Each model registered counts as one entry and one entry fee.
A Studio that has registered 10 or more models for an Edition is listed on the Championship website as an official partner for the duration of that Edition, with its name, country, model count and a link to its own page, and is named in Championship communications. The listing is granted per Edition and is not carried over automatically.
Prizes are always awarded to the Participant who won them. Any arrangement between a Studio and its models regarding prize money is a matter between them, and the Organizer is not party to it.
Studio ranking and StreamGTS Credits
Studios are ranked separately from Participants. The Battle Points earned by every model registered and declared through a Studio are added together into that Studio's total, and Studios are ranked by that total. Only models carrying the Studio's declaration at registration are counted. Where two Studios finish on the same total, the one whose best-placed model finishes higher in the Leaderboard is ranked first.
The six highest-placed Studios of an Edition share 16,000 StreamGTS Credits, awarded as follows: 1st 1,800 · 2nd 1,350 · 3rd 1,100 · 4th 800 · 5th 550 · 6th 400.
These Credits are awarded to the Studio and may be distributed by the Studio to any of the models it registered, to be used inside the StreamGTS application. Credits are not cash, carry no cash value, are not redeemable or exchangeable for money, and do not carry over to a later Edition.
12.Conduct, fair play and exclusion
Participants must not:
- use bots, scripts, automated tipping, or any tool that simulates or inflates Token activity;
- tip themselves, or arrange for Tokens to be circulated back to the tipper, in order to raise their score;
- arrange the outcome of a Battle with an opponent;
- manipulate the community vote through multiple accounts, automation or payment;
- broadcast content that is illegal, that involves anyone under 18, or that breaches the rules of the Platform;
- appear in a Battle together with any person who has not consented to appear, or who is not verified on the Platform;
- harass, threaten or defame another Participant, a member, or the Organizer.
Where we find, on reasonable grounds, that these rules have been broken, we may void the Battles concerned, deduct the points obtained, withhold a prize, or remove the Participant from the Edition. No refund of the entry fee is due in any of these cases.
Suspension or closure of a Participant's Platform account during an Edition ends her participation. No refund is due, and points already earned remain on the Leaderboard unless obtained in breach of these rules.
13.Data, images and publicity
We process the personal data you provide at registration — stage name, email address, Platform username, country and any message — for the purpose of running the Edition, contacting you about it and paying prizes. The legal basis is the performance of this agreement. Data is kept for as long as needed for the Edition, for accounting obligations, and no longer than required by law.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. To exercise them, write to championship@tipsbattle.com. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP. The Organizer is registered with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) under no. 24556 / 30.07.2026.
By entering, you agree that your stage name, country, Platform username, scores, ranking and any title won may be published on the Championship website and in Championship communications, during and after the Edition.
Photographs are separate and always optional. A photograph of you is only published where you have given specific, written consent for that photograph. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us, and the photograph will be removed from the website. Withdrawing it does not affect your participation, your score or your prize.
14.Intellectual property and platform relationship
Tips Battle™, the Tips Battle name and logo, the StreamGTS name and logo, the format, the scoring system and the content of this website belong to the Organizer and may not be reproduced without written permission.
You keep all rights in your own broadcast and in any material you send us. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your stage name and the data listed in section 13 for the purpose of running and promoting the Championship.
The Championship is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Chaturbate. Chaturbate is an independent platform and your relationship with it is governed by its own terms. Anything concerning your account, your earnings or your payouts on that platform is a matter between you and it.
15.Liability
We provide the Championship with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee any level of earnings, of traffic, of audience, or of result. Any figures published on the website — including illustrations of what tokens may convert to — are examples, not promises.
We are not liable for interruptions or failures of the Platform, of the App, of your internet connection or of your equipment, nor for loss of earnings, of data or of opportunity arising from them.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that may not be excluded under Romanian law. Where liability may be limited, our total liability to any Participant is limited to the entry fee she paid for the Edition concerned.
16.Changes, governing law and disputes
We may correct errors and make changes to these terms between Editions. The terms that apply to a Participant are those published on the day her registration is completed. Where a change to the rules of an Edition already under way becomes unavoidable, we will announce it on the website and, where it materially disadvantages Participants, allow them to withdraw with a proportionate refund.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith between the parties. Where that fails, they fall to the competent courts of Timișoara, Romania.
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder stays in force.
These terms are published in English and Romanian. In case of divergence, the Romanian version prevails.
